Welcome
Welcome to the homepage of The National Clock Register. If you are a dealer/auction house and want to check the Stolen Clock Register, click here.
The National Clock Register functions to reduce the theft of cherished clocks, and assist in the recovery of any that have been stolen.
By informing clock dealers immediately of clocks on the register that have been stolen, it makes it much more difficult for a thief to sell on a stolen clock, hence reducing the theft of clocks, and making it easier to retrieve your cherished clock.
To register your clock on The National Clock Register database costs just £14.99. Your details are stored on a secure off-line server - with no external access (i.e. no phone or internet access - totally secure from online threat). For details on how to register with us, click here.
If your clock is ever stolen, then we immediately transfer the details (of the clock only) onto the Stolen Clocks section of this website, and simultaneously notify our national network of affiliated members (auction houses, clock dealers and retailers).
In this way dealers are able ascertain before purchasing a clock whether it is stolen - either via this website, email, post, or The National Clock Register security tag. Once we have been informed that your clock has been discovered, we pass the details onto you, so that you can retrieve it.
