Conditions of Use

In this document, "we" refers to TNCR Ltd. and "you" refers to the subscriber of The National Clock Register.
- 1. These Conditions of Use apply to all TNCR Ltd. products, irrespective of the country of issue. They may be revised at any time and without notice at the sole discretion of TNCR Ltd.. Registering your clocks with TNCR Ltd. is taken to be your agreement to adhere to the current Conditions of Use at any given time.
- 2. You have subscribed to our service on a five year subscription registration which is subject to automatic renewal. We require payment in advance of service, and therefore you must pay for each five years of Registration at the start of that period. All products and services are made as a single supply; your account may be suspended or closed if any sum due for a product or service is unpaid or is in arrears.
- 3. TNCR Ltd. reserves the right to increase or decrease the fees for the Service from time to time. Details of any such increase or decrease shall be posted on http://www.nationalclockregister.co.uk/reg.htm for a period of thirty (30) days prior to the amendment coming into effect, informing Users of the amendment and the date on which it is to come into force.
- 4. You may cancel the service at any time, provided that you give us notice at least 7 days before the date you wish your service to stop; if a payment falls due during those 7 days, we will still require payment.
- 5. Except where stated otherwise, you must send us notice in one of the following ways:

- by fax,
- by email
We will not accept proof of sending as proof that we have received your notice. You must ensure that you have received acknowledgement from us.

- 7. TNCR Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account at its sole discretion.
- 8. You are required to keep the contact details that you provided us up to date. We may send notices or other information to you at the address you gave us. We will keep all information you give us confidential except that we reserve the right to use the list of subscribers for marketing purposes .
- 9. We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain all our services. You will not be eligible for any compensation because of a failure, suspension, delay or withdrawal of all or part of the service. We may change the service at any time.
- 10. Regardless of anything else in these Conditions of Use, our liability shall not exceed the proportionate amount of your subscription.
- 11. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses you may suffer.
- 12. We are not responsible for any use you make of TNCR Ltd.'s services, for any charges that you incur with any third party.
- 13. You will keep your NCR number, Account number and security phrase secret and will not disclose them to third parties for any purpose. You will notify us and change any of these details which you believe may have been compromised.
- 14. You will not register any clock that is not legally owned by you.
- 15. Any decision made by TNCR Ltd. in relation to the services provided and Conditions of Use shall be final.
- 16. We shall not be held liable for the actions of any of the affiliates to the Register network.
- 17. TNCR Ltd. cannot in any way guarantee the return of registered clocks that have been subject to theft.
- 18. These Conditions of Use and all other legal relationships between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- 19. If any part of these Conditions of Use shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the enforcability of any other provision of these Conditions of Use.
